Tonight we had our first "official" meeting! So many questions, so much we want to know!!! What do we bring, what do we wear, what shots do we need, what kind of food do they have, can we drink the water, where are we going to sleep, what are we going to do? Can you tell there are more females going than males? We just want to know!!
There will be nine of us going to Lesotho, Africa. They are: Doug Spoelstra, our fierce leader, Dale & Glenda Vander Tuig, not their first trip to Lesotho, Norma Greenfield, Denise Kouwe, Cindy Bishop, Whitney & Lindsey Wagner & Dawn Verkaik. We will be leaving at the end of March and returning around the 9th of April. To most of us this will be their first "foreign" trip.
We set up this blog to (hopefully) take you all on this journey with us! We covet your prayers as we prepare for this trip, while we are flying, and while we are in Lesotho, visiting Beautiful Gate. We ask that God will be with us and leading us in whatever He wants us to do. This is a new adventure for many of us and we don't know what God has in store. May God be praised and His glory be shown!!!
